Sticker and print orders are shipped as USPS untracked letter mail! That means I ship via postage stamp and the cost of shipping is the cost of a single stamp regardless of distance. I do not charge for packaging material or time since I want my shop to be as accessible as possible c:

You may upgrade shipping to USPS Ground Advantage for tracking. It will be the option “Tracked Shipping” when checking out. The cost is based on the current USPS rate for tracked rigid mail. We send an extra sticker for these orders to offset the extra cost of shipping!

Processing times are in the details of each item in my shop. Generally, it takes me 1-3 business days to prep, pack and ship orders! After I drop off your order, it is entirely up to the post office how long it takes to reach you. Holidays and local events may cause shipping delays.

At the moment, I am not accepting international orders. If that changes, I will update the shop to let everyone know :)

This is an occasional problem with all shipping partners where carriers might mark a package as delivered before they get to you. Unfortunately, I can not prevent this from happening. I would give it a few days before reaching out to the Post Office or shipping partner (depending on which shipping you selected) to see if they can investigate. If that doesn't turn up any results, please reach out to Etsy support as they have more tools at their disposal in this scenario!

Please reach out to me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. Cancellations are permitted only if I have not packed and stamped your order. I generally process orders the same day after you order which is why my policy is cancellations within 1 hour of ordering. Thank you for your consideration!

Please read the sticker description for more detailed info on your sticker. I will say that most of the stickermakers I partner with produce waterproof stickers and some UV proof their stickers as well.

I quality check all my stickers since my shop is small enough at the moment. However, if you notice any issues within the first 12 hours of getting your order, you may reach out to me with photos for an exchange.
